Welcome to Muses and Metaphors Atelier — I’m so glad you’re here! I work with a mix of trusted fulfillment partners and indie makers to bring art, books, and handmade pieces straight to your doorstep. Because of this, your items may arrive in separate packages.

🌍 Fulfillment & Shipping Information:

🖼️ Print-on-Demand Products

Art prints, apparel, and select accessories are produced and shipped by Printful or Printify. These are made to order, so please allow:

  • 2-7 business days for production

  • Plus standard shipping time based on your chosen method and location.

📚 Bookshop.org Orders

Books ordered through my Bookshop.org affiliate links are shipped directly by Bookshop.org, an online bookstore that supports local independent bookshops with every purchase!

Shipping Options:

  • Standard: Estimated delivery in 4-10 business days

  • Priority: Estimated delivery in 2-5 business days

  • UPS SurePost: Estimated delivery in 3-8 business days

  • UPS Ground: Estimated delivery in 2-6 business days

🧵 Spoonflower Orders

Fabric, wallpaper, and home decor items are printed and shipped directly from Spoonflower. Production and delivery times vary depending on the product. For the latest info, check Spoonflower's shipping policy here.

🖨️ Giclée Prints (FinerWorks)

Fine art Giclée prints are printed on demand by FinerWorks, a trusted art printing partner. Each print is made to order just for you, so please allow 2–5 business days for production plus standard shipping time depending on your location and selected shipping method.

🎨 Handmade & Studio-Shipped Items

Original art, prints, and special releases ship directly from my studio. I package and ship orders once a week on Wednesdays.
Orders placed after Tuesday evening will ship the following Wednesday. Tracking will be provided when available.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges:

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Printing errors

  • Incorrect item received

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, and I’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.

🖨️ Giclée Prints (FinerWorks) Orders

Because these are custom-made, Returns and exchanges are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect prints. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. I’ll work with FinerWorks to ensure a replacement is arranged as quickly as possible.

🎨 Handmade & Studio-Shipped Items

If you’re not completely satisfied with a handmade item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange. For unused, undamaged items: A restocking fee equal to the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
