Group Booking – Refund, Reschedule & Cancellation Policy
(for Muses & Metaphors Atelier Teambuilding Experiences)
Payment
Group experiences must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your date.
Refunds
Cancellations will receive a refund, less a supply & processing fee (to cover materials purchased and administrative costs).
Rescheduling
Groups may reschedule their booking one time without penalty if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled start.
Reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice cannot be accommodated and will be treated as a cancellation.
No-Show / Late Arrival
If your group does not arrive or is more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, the session will be considered a cancellation, and no refund or reschedule will be offered.
Cancellations by Muses & Metaphors Atelier
If we must cancel due to illness, inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances, you’ll have the option to:
Reschedule to a mutually agreed date, or
Receive a full refund.
