Group Booking – Refund, Reschedule & Cancellation Policy

(for Muses & Metaphors Atelier Teambuilding Experiences)

Payment

• Group experiences must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your date.

Refunds

• Cancellations will receive a refund, less a supply & processing fee (to cover materials purchased and administrative costs).

Rescheduling

• Groups may reschedule their booking one time without penalty if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled start.

• Reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice cannot be accommodated and will be treated as a cancellation.

No-Show / Late Arrival

• If your group does not arrive or is more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, the session will be considered a cancellation, and no refund or reschedule will be offered.

Cancellations by Muses & Metaphors Atelier

• If we must cancel due to illness, inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances, you’ll have the option to:

  1. Reschedule to a mutually agreed date, or

  2. Receive a full refund.
